Woodland Lodges

The eight lodges, built in a staggered terrace arrangement, are designed to take full advantage of their elevated, south-facing aspect, with the bedrooms and bathroom at ground level and lounge, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area upstairs.

Within the lodges, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic requirements for a self-catering holiday including a cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, as well as iron and board.

The lodges are also supplied with a television, bedding and bed linen.  The modern bathrooms have an electric power shower over a full-size bath.  Hot water is provided by an immersion tank and there is a night storage heater and other electric heating in each room for use in the cooler times of the year. Each lodge has its own parking space directly at the front.

Woodland Lodges 'Oak Class' Visit Wales Graded 4-Star, 'Cedar Class' 3-Star

The lodges are all identical in size and quality of furnishings but the Cedar Class lodges also have a sofa bed and Visit Wales do not permit sofa beds in 4-Star graded lodges.

Stepping through the sliding glass doors onto the balcony at the back of the lodge, there is a commanding vista across our field and wooded area, with National Parkland beyond and from some lodges, glimpses of the sea in Carmarthen Bay.

The Woodland Lodges are available for hire at any time of the year.

Orchard Lodges

The Orchard Lodges are all held privately on long leases but the Llanteglos Estate site owners act as hiring agents for some of them.

These lodges can be used nine months in the year (excluding November, January and February)

Bed & Breakfast

Already a long-established self-catering holiday site, Llanteglos also has some guest rooms available for bed and continental breakfast tray.

There are three guest rooms (1 x single, and 2 x doubles) with central heating, an en-suite shower and toilet, television, radio alarm and tea/coffee making facility. These rooms are on the first floor of the Garden Lodge which was cleverly converted from an old stable block and the beautiful lawned and tree-lined garden of Llanteglos House can be viewed from the windows.

Fold-out beds or travel cots are available for infants and babies.
